Part 2. Non-scheduled Air Transportation Services, and Aerial Work Service

 

(Application for License for Service)
Article 227. Any person who will apply for a license for a non-scheduled air transportation service or aerial work service and any person who applies for both licenses simultaneously, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 121 and 123 of the Law, shall submit to the Minister of Transport an Application for License for Non-scheduled Air Transportation Service (Aerial Work Service)or an Application for License for Non-scheduled Air Transportation Service and Aerial Work Service, describing the following matters:
(1)Name and address;
(2)In the case of juridical person, the names of its representatives and officers;
(3)Amount of capital;
(4)Name and location of office and other business premises;
(5)Plan of management of the service and the scheduled date of commencement of the service;
(6)Total sum, breakdown and method of raising the funds necessary for the management of the service;
(7)Details verifying that the application conforms with the standards under the provisions of Article 101 paragraph 1, subparagraphs (3)to (5)inclusive of the Law applied accordingly to the provisions of Article 121 paragraph 2 or Article 123 paragraph 2 of the Law;
(8)Business program:
a)Principal area of operation of the service (in the case of a service being operated or fixed routes, the points of origin, intermediate stops and destinations of the routes, aerodromes to be used along the said route, and distances between each point);
b)Total number of aircraft to be used, t」?? of each aircraft and registration marks;
c)Outline of maintenance facilities.
(9)Number of airmen classified according to qualifications;
(10)Estimated volume of passengers and freight to be transported by the said service, classified by the types of contracts, the calculation basis for each category, aud estimates of revenues and expenditures;
(11)Outline of other business if any, being managed by the applicant at the time of application.

 

2. When the applicant is a juridical person, the preceding application shall be accompanied by the articles of incorporation, a certified copy of the commercial register and the latest income statement, balance sheet and business report.
